This is a translation for convenience; the Russian version is the authoritative text.
1. About the project
Baltika Without Noise is an independent author's project by Alexey Murzinov about FC Baltika from Kaliningrad.
The site is not the official website of FC Baltika, the Russian Premier League, the Russian Football Union or their partners and does not express their official position.
Club names, crests, player photographs and other marks are used to identify teams, matches and participants in football events. The rights to the respective trademarks, crests and materials belong to their owners.
2. Author and contacts
The author and operator of the project is Alexey Murzinov.
For cooperation, correction of factual errors, use of materials and image rights:
- hello@baltiho.ru;
- Telegram: @BalticaB.
If you hold the rights to a photograph, text or other material and believe it has been published improperly, please give the page link and the grounds for your request. The operator will review it and, where necessary, remove the material or correct the caption.
3. Texts
The site's articles are written by the author of the project.
Some materials are first published in the author's blogs on Sports.ru and Klops. The site may carry the full versions of such materials with a link to the respective original.
English versions are the author's translations of the Russian-language materials unless the page explicitly says otherwise.
The rights to the author's texts belong to the author to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Short excerpts may be quoted for commentary, review, academic, educational or informational purposes, provided that all of the following are met:
- the author is credited;
- the title of the material is given;
- an active link to the page on the site is placed;
- the meaning of the quotation is preserved.
Reprinting a material in full or publishing a substantial part of a text requires the author's prior consent unless the law provides otherwise.
4. Photographs and images
Where possible, the pages of the site state the author, source and licence of a photograph.
The project uses:
- photographs from the author's archive;
- images from Wikimedia Commons and other open sources under the terms of the respective licences;
- photographs and images from the club's official resources and the media;
- graphics created for the project.
A link to the original source does not mean that a photograph is free for any use. Images with their own terms are subject to the respective licence or permission.
If you are a rights holder and believe that a photograph is used without sufficient grounds or carries an incorrect attribution, write to the operator. Depending on the circumstances the photograph will be removed, replaced or given a corrected attribution.
5. Match and player data
Match results, fixtures, tables, squads, transfer details and statistics are collected from open sources, including:
- the official FC Baltika website;
- Sports.ru;
- Transfermarkt;
- Wikipedia;
- other sources named on the respective pages.
This information is provided for informational purposes.
The author tries to keep the data up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors, delays, omissions or discrepancies between sources.
Data published by the league, the club or the respective statistics rights holder should be treated as official.
If you find an error, please report the page URL and the correct data with its source.
6. Telegram mirror
The «Telegram» section contains a static copy of posts from the @BalticaB channel.
The channel is run by the author of the project. The mirror is updated automatically from the channel's public web version and may differ from the original publication in update time, media availability, formatting or the number of reactions.
Where the mirror and the original differ, the Telegram publication prevails.
Comments, reactions and discussions live in Telegram, where the original channel makes them available. The site has no comment system or registration of its own.
7. Third-party materials
The site contains links to external resources, including Telegram, Sports.ru, Klops, the official FC Baltika website, Wikimedia Commons, Transfermarkt and other sites.
The operator does not control the content, availability, advertising, cookies or data processing practices of such resources.
After following an external link, the user accepts the rules of the respective service on their own.
8. The site and the PWA
The site can be added to a phone's home screen as a PWA.
The PWA may keep previously opened pages, images and the site's required files in the browser's local cache. This allows saved materials to be read without an internet connection.
The cache is stored on the user's device and can be deleted through the browser or operating system settings.
The offline version may lack recent publications, updated data, external links, Telegram comments or materials that were not previously opened on the device.
9. Analytics
Yandex Metrica is used only after the visitor's separate consent, where such a counter is enabled on the site.
Details of technical data, analytics cookies, purposes, withdrawal of consent and the operator's contacts are given in the privacy policy.
Declining analytics does not limit access to the site's materials.
10. Games and interactive projects
Games and interactive projects published by Baltika Without Noise, including the football manager “Baltika Coach”, quizzes, “Penalty Without Noise”, “Beveev’s Throw-in”, the Supporter Passport, the sticker collection and other game formats on the site, are unofficial, non-commercial fan projects.
They are created for entertainment and informational purposes and are not official products of FC Baltika, the Russian Premier League, the Russian Football Union, opposing clubs, footballers or other organisations and persons mentioned in them, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Club names, footballers’ names, match information, squad information and other football facts are used to identify real participants and events. Rights in third-party trademarks, crests, photographs and other protected materials remain with their respective rights holders.
The source code of the games, original game scenarios, texts, mechanics in their specific software implementation, graphic elements and visual design created specifically for Baltika Without Noise are materials of the project and may not be copied, distributed or incorporated into other products without the author’s permission, except where expressly permitted by law.
The non-commercial nature of the games does not by itself make third-party materials free to use and does not override the rights of their owners.
11. Limitation of liability
The site's materials are the author's texts, assessments, reconstructions and analysis.
They are not official statements of FC Baltika, the league or any other organisation.
The operator tries to check facts, separate confirmed information from the author's conclusions and cite sources, but does not guarantee the absolute completeness and accuracy of all materials.
The operator is not responsible for:
- decisions made by the user on the basis of the site's materials;
- delays or errors in external sources;
- the unavailability of Telegram, Sports.ru, Klops, the club's website or other resources;
- changes to fixtures, squads, statistics and results after publication;
- the content of third-party sites and services.
12. Corrections and removal
If a material contains a factual error, outdated information or an incorrect image caption, please inform the operator.
In your request, state:
- the page URL;
- a description of the problem;
- the proposed correction;
- a confirming source, if available.
Requests from rights holders to remove or correct an image are considered separately, taking into account the information provided about the rights.
13. Changes to this document
The operator may update this legal information when the site, its sources, publication methods or the services used change.
The current version is published on this page. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the document.
