By bus or tram · Step by step
Board in the centre: at about 15:15 — 1 h 15 min before kick-off.
- Get to the «Naberezhnaya Veteranov» stop: buses 11, 39 and 40, tram 5, minibus 72 — as the club lists them. Bus 39 also stops right at the arena, at the «Rostec Arena» stop, in both directions, per the city timetable: check the time first.
- Walk to the stadium along Solnechny Boulevard — about a kilometre (the gold line on the map). The club's map has a second walking route along the Paradnaya embankment, to gates 4 and 5.
- Find your gate: pick it in step 2 and the map shows the way. The ticket desks are by gate 1.
- Open the QR code in the «Gosuslugi Fan Card» app or your Gosuslugi account and hold it to the reader. No need to print the ticket.
- After the match, the same way back: tap «Show the way home».
By bus or tram · After the match
Back to the «Naberezhnaya Veteranov» stop along Solnechny Boulevard or the Paradnaya embankment: the club's map marks both as walking routes. If you are in no hurry, let the first wave of fans go. After late matches the city usually runs transport longer: extra buses have left from the «Solnechny Bulvar» stop and trams from «Rybnaya Derevnya». The times are in the club's notice before the match.

On foot from the centre · After the match
Back to the centre along Solnechny Boulevard to the Synagogue and on to Kant Island. The Paradnaya embankment works too: the club's map marks it as a walking route.
By car · Step by step
Reach the car park: by 15:00 — 1 h 30 min ahead; not before 14:30.
- Navigate to «Солнечный бульвар, 25». You can come from either side: down the Second Overpass Bridge to the roundabout by P1, or off the Eastern Overpass to the roundabout by P3. Free car parks P1, P2 and P3 are by the stadium; spaces are not guaranteed. The VIP car park inside the grounds is paid.
- Cars are let into the car parks no earlier than 2 hours before kick-off. The car parks are not guarded — leave nothing valuable in the car.
- From the car park to the gate on foot (the gold line on the map).
- Open the QR code in the «Gosuslugi Fan Card» app and hold it to the reader.
- After the match the car must leave the car park within 1 h 30 min of the final whistle, or getting it back may take a while.
By car · After the match
Leave by the road markings and the stewards' directions, as the stadium rules require (9.5).
Move the car: by 19:55, if the match ends at about 18:25.
Before you leave home
- Ticket and QR code — in the «Gosuslugi Fan Card» app or your Gosuslugi account. The club suggests downloading the QR code as a PDF or taking a screenshot in advance.
- A Fan ID for every spectator. Children up to 7 get in free without a seat, but they need a Fan ID too: a parent issues it in their own account.
- Gate opening time — in the club's news before the match.
- Children under 14 only with an adult: a parent or legal guardian, at every match (stadium rules, 6.4).
